Orthodoxy has evolved over time. Science and reality are the reason. Dogma remains the same. No one is going to follow bigoted, racist, and misogynist views.
You sound confused. Unfortunately you are a victim of the prevailing culture but you probably see yourself as enlightened and virtuous. I might be wrong but your comment reads like you've internalised a bunch of modernist secular presuppositions about the world and can only accept a Church which would do the same. Anything less than that and you will attack the Church because your views are inconsonant with it and you feel hard done by that it won't conform to your own view of reality. You then apply meaningless slurs to try to cement some imaginary moral high ground and affirm that you are superior (and that those who disagree are morally inferior).

The more we learn the clearer it becomes the traditional order of God is the most beneficial, subverting it hurts everyone.
